We are now taking reservations for our 7th Annual Shopping Extravaganza which will be held on Saturday December 5, 2015 from 8am-2pm at the Aquatic Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
This event is our Annual Scholarship Fundraiser. Last year we had 49 applicants seeking assistance to help further their education and this event is where we generate the funding to help these women.
Please send an email to Ida Raypole at firstname.lastname@example.org you plan to be a vendor and get your space reserved today. The spaces are 10×8 and all located indoors. There will be a total of 62 vendors. Spaces are already filling up so do not wait until the last minute.
We have a special addition this year. Santa will be with us. Kids can have their pictures taken with him and receive a small gift. So tell all your friends to come shopping and bring the kids.
The Vendor Registration Form and Insurance Waiver can be found below. You need to fill both out and mail with a check payable to WNEA to the address on the form. You may also pay for your booth via Paypal, please request the link from Ida.
The City has requested license information from any vendor who plans to be at our WNEA Shopping Extravaganza. The fee for a one day license is $10. You need to mail the 2 forms, copies of your ID and the fee as soon as possible. Then please send Ida an email with the license number. You can also get this permit in person at City Hall, see Tami Carey (854-0734) if you have questions about the permits.
